The way the guys talked last night on the live show on Tiger Bait

They seem to think there more to this injury than the staff is letting on.
The hauled off on a cart was a complete lie according to them but they did say he was ok but that's it. Not a word on the injury until tomorrow morning we will find out.
Sprained ankle, sprained knee.
That is why I made the post yesterday about him just watching and preparing for the Clemson game. If he isn't 100% we don't win the Clemson game.

Clemson was already likely to win the game but without Nuss to start the year…that spells disaster for the future of Brian Kelly at LSU.

Even if we go worst case, people seem to forget Van Buren is also a monster who has showcased extreme talent already.

Word has been both backup QBs have been bad in camp. This is probably a 6-6 team without Nuss.

IDK. Like the guys said last night. Joe Sloan is supposed to meet the media Friday morning.
If he doesn't and it's Brian Kelly then we know something is up.

Yes today was a rest day. Possibly MRI done today ? Just to make sure he is ok.

I’d be shocked they didn’t take an MRI immediately after unless the swelling was too great. The real question is how did it even happen? QBs usually aren’t hit in practice, right? Makes me think it was something closer to getting rolled up on or worse a non contact injury.

If he really is hurt they will monitor/limit him as needed. You suggesting that he should just sit out and watch practice until the Clemson game without knowing anything about the situation is dumb as frick.

glad to see nobody is overreacting here. We’re not going to get an answer one way or another on a Nuss injury. LSU will say he’s fine, and that will be the end of it. The rumor mill will continue to swirl but if he’s not 100% Kelly is not going to let Clemson know that.
