A/C coil spray cleaner

If it's just routine cleaning I use dawn and water in a sprayer. If it's really nasty maybe look at coil cleaner.

I just use a water hose to spray mine but I’m doing it once or twice a year.

And where my units sit, they aren’t getting a lot of dust and stuff from grass being mowed
