One day trip to Sacramento and back - question about redeye flight

So, I'm taking a work trip to Sacramento and I have to fly home on a redeye thru Atlanta. I'm booking a first class seat because I'm flying out to Sacramento from Lexington and back the same day. I leave at 6am, get to Sacramento at 11am local time, meetings at 3pm, reception from 5-8pm, then to the airport for a 10:30pm flight getting to ATL at 7:45am the next day, then to LEX.
Because I know I'm going to be exhausted on the flight home I figured first class would be most comfortable for sure, but if you are in a window seat and have to go to the bathroom during the flight, do you have to wake up the aisle seat person to get out in first class? I know it's odd, but it's my question.
Trying to decide if I should book the window because it might be quieter, or the aisle in case I need to go to the bathroom during the night.

Aisle. For the reason you give plus there will nothing to see most of the way. The downside is if the window person has to get up a lot.
Flip a coin.

Just go to the bathroom before the flight and get the window seat. Nothing worse on an overnight flight than having the person in the window seat constantly waking you up so they can go pee

I'd use the bathroom before getting on the plane and take the window. The 739 is very tight in first so I'd rather be the one who asks someone else to get up if needed vs having someone else ask me while sleeping

Thanks guys.
I am just of the age now that sometimes bathroom breaks happen to be needed at times, most likely using the bathroom prior to boarding will be fine, but the way this is timing out, I will likely be eating dinner way later than I normally do, and in order to help myself with not getting up in the middle of the night, I usually don't drink anything after 8pm, but this one feels like I will be eating dinner at 8pm or so, so I'm just going to have to be careful.
This is where boarding 30+ minutes before takeoff stinks.
I might wait and board last.
