This isn’t even the right argument against him
3 first-team All-Pro in 7 seasons is about as good as it gets to start a career that ended before he turned 30

He broke the single season reception record that had been held by Art Monk. 104 receptions was an insane amount in the early 90s.

Best Gamecock wide receiver of all time. Better than Sidney Rice and Alshon Jeffery imo.

Terrell Davis had a super high ceiling but only really played 4 seasons and he made the HOF.
The big difference was post season.
