The idea that "they fake being the opposite sex so well that you can't tell the difference" isn't quite the point they think it is. Perception is not reality when it comes to trannies. All she's really doing is saying "my son is an excellent liar".

I heard a rumor in the late 80's early 90's that said she had man parts and woman parts. That would track with why she likes her son being trans.
I didn't think the rumor was real. But a friends wife was convinced otherwise.

I heard that too and believe it was just some stupid rumor started. Her nickname was "The Body". If she had male parts, she did a real good job of hiding them.
