Should I place money in a holding that is my highest performer?

Just picture a generic account with multiple holdings and one has outperformed the others for the life of the account.
Would you dump future contributions into that fund?
Dump the lowest fund and move that money info the highest?
Buy the lowest thinking it is a deal?
