Number 1 player in the state of Louisiana for 2026 committed to ULL … hopefully this is his last year.. what’s his record vs in state schools ? Now he being out recruited by them lol

You mean the 3 star, 6'8 center whose other offers are Tulane, Grambling State, ULM, Manhattan College, UNO, and North Texas?

There are many things to complain over about the basketball program. "Losing" this guy is absolutely not one of them. He'd be the lowest ranked recruit in the MM era.

lol you do realize Matt isn’t exactly in the running for any 5 stars lol once again 3 and 4 stars are the only players he can land to come play for his dumbass. But whatever you gotta tell to cope with yourself it’s fake .

I'm not doing anymore work for you, but there are multiple top 50 plaeyrs we're looking at, and are looking at us. Our lone commit is ranked around 50.

how many 5 stars do you think are in a recruiting cycle? without looking?
BTW there's a reason that the term commitable offer exists. in state schools will make an "offer" to a guy to keep from burning bridges in the state . then if the player doesn't get any better over that year or two then they just say , "circumstances have changed and we're only offering you as a preferred walk on"
this happens all the time, it happened to my cousin in football and a friend in basketball. ots happened to 3 people in my school district when I was in high school 20ish years ago

Key word in contention for lol . Why would a highly ranked kid play for a basketball coach who hasn’t had a single player drafted since ja morant in 2018 lol his one and only player …. Also while being 14-40 in his conference lol ?? Unless we drop a outrageous bag I don’t think no one coming to lsu to be coached by the great MM

McMahons issue isn't really high school recruiting, its not being able to bring in the top players in the portal, due to lack of funds ,lack of program success at this time and lack of having a scouting department that is picking the right small school players,they aren't identifying who projects to the sec and who doesn't. were not getting the no brainer guys in the portal because we're not a winning program at this time
