So EBR still trying to extort cash from St.George?

EBR school system is trying to hold on despite their declining enrollment. Kids flocked to private schools and now to charter schools.

I will say Lamont Cole, the new supt. seems to be doing better than the last few supers. He’s closing schools and consolidating.

EBRSS doesn’t have a money problem. They have a spending problem and they are failing to educate most of their students.

I wonder if EBRSS published a graph showing how spending has increased over the last two decades and how enrollment has decreased.

Someone define "black utopia", to me.
