Does anyone know of a good lawnmower repair company in BR? I would need someone to come and either repair on site or pick the mower up as I dont have a trailer.

My ZTR went down a couple of weeks ago and I was in line to have a company come and pick it up this past Monday. Monday came and they said their only employee was out sick. Each day passed and they were still out sick. They were supposed to finally come and get it yesterday and have back to me by Wednesday. In the meantime I found someone else with great reviews who said he could come yesterday and fix on site. Sent him pics and model number. He said he had all the parts and would repair it next day. We agreed to a price. So i canceled the other company's pick up. No call no show. No texting back. Hitting ignore on calls.

Now my grass is sky high and we have a break in the weather. Need to get this thing repaired.

Would it be possible to rent a small trailer from Home Depot to bring it somewhere?

Of course but I was hoping to avoid that. It looks like thats what I will have to do on Monday. Was hoping to find someone reputable to come out on site but it appears there's none in BR.

Needs a new spindle.

If you're comfortable taking off the belt and blade that's a bulk of the work. Then you simply unbolt the spindle from the deck and bolt on the new one.

You can do it! A spindle replacement is fairly easy and YouTube will probably have a video of someone repairing your model mower.
