In terms of making the playoffs and competing for a NC:

Strengths: QB, receivers, defensive talent (on paper)

(Potential) Weaknesses or Unknowns/Risks: OL, RB (?), Secondary (safeties), special teams??

On paper we’re stacked but I’ve thought this before many a disappointing season…

Treydez Green, Chris Hilton, Aaron Anderson, Barian Brown, Nic Anderson, Xavian Thomas, Caden Durham etc…

We have so much talent that score from anywhere. That’s definitely a strength

Personally I think our only glaring “weakness” or concern is OL going into fall camp. I think the safety room is going to be vastly improved and the RB room has a lot of young talent, with Durham leading the way with solid experience as a freshman.

I think our OL is going to be fine in the long run because we’ve recruited extremely well at that position, but I could see it being shaky the first few big games, simply just for continuity issues

After the last few years, I am still extremely worried about our safety play.

rb is going to be ok as long as they dont sustain injuries, if they do happen to have some injuries we have two good backs that will be freshman and several gadget type players that could fill in like zavion ,barion brown ,and jujaun Johnson.

corner will depend on if picket can come in and start and play at a high level right away ,if not, then you still have delane on the other side who is a first rounder and some of the guys from last year that will be better like woodland .
safety should be ok with spears, haulcy, and toviano plus whichever freshman is the most ready .

d line is full of guys we can sub the whole line out and not have a drop off this year.

wr is stacked
tight end has different types of guys for different formations or gameplans
o line is full of highly rated guys over the last two cycles and then guys that played some last year after delinger got hurt ,plus 2 new transfers that should start. we have a big upgrade at center.

special teams will be fantastic in the return game and we have an all conference punter that transfered in.

field goals will be good if Ramos is still the guy . he gets better every year.

lbs/ star is loaded with weeks brothers and keys from last year and Perkins coming back to a position hes played before at the star ,then you have the most athletic backer I've seen us recruit in Charles Ross.

I can't find a glaring weakness besides maybe safety if we have injuries but if that happens, at worst we will have Gilbert who's started a ton of games

If this is the case we lose to Clemson imo.

you can gameplan for a game that you know youre going to be overmatched at the oline position ,going in.

its the games where you expect to be better on the oline ,than they are on the d line going in, that give you major problems.

Strength's- QB, LB'ers, DL, Overall Defense..

Weakness- OL Coaching and Personnel. (BK sat on his arse and ignored the problem, so now it's going to bite him in the arse)

I think the entire offense is a strength. Most of our special teams is back, and we actually have a special teams coach.

Defense has bright spots but we'll see about depth from the transfers.

I think we are a top 12 playoff team but I think we are one more class from being top 5. sucks the 2023 class produced absolutely nothing for us.

This is such a load of shite. I may have agreed with you in early November but the program has taken a complete 180. I have no idea how you could conclude otherwise, a ton of major moves NIL to staffing to portal success.

How fast they all gel. Numerous new faces on dl, secondary, wrs, and younger o-line. Not a horrible problem since the talent is there. Just sucks they open against Clemson. I have faith the opening game curse is broken.

Want to win that game. Would love to win that game, but if we don't, it'll suck around town for the next week and the teams backs are against the wall the whole season. We're used to that by now. I'm cautiously optimistic at best about this game, not because I don't think LSU will win, but because I just don't expect them to. Im ready to be wrong though.

That being said, SEC play is what really matters. We don't play Texas or Georgia, but we can control everything else in front of us.

It’s wild to me that you’d follow a team close enough to be on a message board but still somehow know nothing.

He’s just a BK hater. It’s a constant stream of criticism from someone calling themselves a fan.

The only potential weakness is the Oline. RB room is loaded. Durham is going to be a problem for opposing teams.

Yes, as long as our QB has time to get it to them. I think the OL will be up to the task and surprise people.

I think it's pretty simple.

1. Can we run the football?

We have not run the football well the past few years

2. Can we stop the run?

3. Can we get some good safety play?
