Because he said during the campaign he’d have “no problem” releasing the Epstein files. And said they were the most transparent administration ever.
Then his administration and those around him boasted about all the material they had and going to release.
They even held a phase 1 release photo op.

Ukraine wasn't dumped on Trump. He voluntarily picked it up. He could have easily gotten into office and said this isn't our affair and we need to focus on making America great again. Instead he jumped in head first saying he would end the war in 24 hours.
Even after all of that, Zelensky gave him a golden opportunity to pull out when he embarrassed himself in the white house, but Trump is still neck deep in Ukraine.

You mean when Israel started launching missiles and drone strikes against a country we were having active peaceful negotiations with, whom we gave assurances at those negotiations that we would not allow Israel to attack them during said negotiations?
He didn't have to jump into the war on Israel's side. He could have distanced us from the whole affair, said these guys don't know what the hell they're doing and we're going to focus on making America great again.
