Thinking about getting into as something to do on my time off. I work about two weeks on two weeks off and there’s only so much golf and drinking I can do during my down time.

Pros and cons?

I would not recommend doing any substitute teaching in any inner city public school.

If you can do magnet schools that may be ok.

Private schools might be ok.

Yes.

Cons: Pay is abysmal. Children are often terrors to subs.

Pros: It can be extremely fulfilling if you really like kids and have the skills to make a difference.

We were smoking cigarettes in the bathrooms and in our more senile teachers classrooms, in the late 80s.

Not looking to bang the students but maybe I can occupy some of the female teachers so they don’t go down the road of statutory rape. It’s a public service

Once as a student. My Organic Chemistry professor couldn’t finish class one day.

I drew and explained the Kreb’s / Citric Cycle.

Pros , I made an A in the class. I also tutored Organic 102. To nursing students. I went through girls like Sherman through Georgia.

I think I’d work at Walmart first. Based on experience with kids and how little parents discipline and kids nuts.

I have a similar schedule and have subbed at a private school. I enjoy it.
