I'm trying to recreate a drink I had in Washington State wine country last year

My wife and I stopped at a wine country pub for dinner last Fall. They had a nice wine selection to go with dinner, but we each got drinks before dinner. The pub evidently has a cocktail of the month, and that month the cocktail was a blueberry vodka, lemon juice, blue curacao concoction. We both tried it and it was fantastic. The waiter asked the bartender for the ingredients for us and this is what I remember:
Blueberry vodka (Smirnoff, Stoli, and a few ithers make it)
Blue Curacao
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Simple syrup
Foamy bitters
I've made it a few times at home and it came out good. I didn't buy foamy bitters because I'm not even sure what they are, and when would I use them again? This is what I came up with:
2 oz blueberry vodka
1 oz blue curacao
1 oz lemon juice
simple syrup to taste
Anybody ever tried this? Anybody know what it's called? I've looked online and I don't see anything exactly like it
This isn't my photo, but it looks something like this

It was a little harsh
I used AI to search for the drink in OP and it came up with this.....I'd probably change the name tho
The pic looks just like OPs but with blueberries
You could also try calling the place and asking about that drink of the month or whatever. Looks good id give it a whirl
