Have a white aluminum screened in enclosure at a rental. It's in great shape except for a bunch of rust on the bottom panel of the screened door. Do they make touch up paint that'll cover it up so I don't have to repaint the entire aluminum enclosure?

Aluminum will not rust.

Maybe there's corrosion on it.

Or it's made of some other metal.

Good call. Maybe the door panel is made of steel?

Bottom panel is about the same on this screen door

Probably corroded aluminum.

But a magnet will let you know if it's steel or not.

Thanks. I'll check. Anything we can use to paint over it? Or easier to just slap on a new door?

Sand, prime and put some paint on it.

It's probably oil based so use oil based primer and topcoat.

Rustoleum has products for that. A good hardware store should have it as well as guide you on what to purchase for that project. They can also advise you on how to do the job.Good luck with it.
