Facebook has a sponsorship ad from him saying he’ll give stocks with low cost that rise quickly so you can sell. Of course the ones he names have done what he says but that’s in the past unless you sign up to see the current or future tips. Is it even kinda legit?
Since I clicked the link, I’m now getting ads from others saying the same things.

No, not even close. Those ads are very MLM-ish. You're safer just assuming any investment ads you see on social media are just gimmicks (at best).

Sounds like a pump and dump scheme. He invests in some low-cost stock, starts giving out the info to his massive following, as those investors start pumping in money, he watches the price rise and then dumps his investment and moves on to the next low-cost stock.
