I wasn’t at my current company when this happened, but one of my predecessors was fired and decided to air out multiple office affairs on his way out.

Boxing for Boobs
Early 2000’s a Boston radio station held a female boxing tournament. The winner won a boob job.
Long story short…. The winner of the competition soon moved to Dallas, hooked up with myself, as well as a couple of other co-workers. Eventually she made her way up the ladder to the married CFO.
One of her other hook-ups got fired. He immediately exposed her, the CFO, the boxing for boobs, everything in an e-mail.
I “might” have provided before and after pics of her boob job (face and all) for his email.

Same here. We always prep IT to disable all access while the meeting with HR is going on.

I'm on the IT side, the plug is usually pulled before the employee even has a meeting scheduled
It's basically a spoiler alert we are all aware of, if you suddenly lose access to everything you know it's coming. If there is actually technical issues and someone can't login the running joke is that they are about to get canned.

The worst one I’ve ever seen in this scenario was the coworker who was on vacation and got canned while on it. Comes back to work on Monday morning and can’t log in, calls supervisor to help, gets help and logs in, then gets pulled in by HR and supervisor and officially fired an hour later.
My other favorite is the guy who interviews for an open manager slot and is then terminated an hour after the interview.
