The batter has the right to b in the batters box.. what the frick do they expect you to do if the balls coming straight for you.. such BS

Exactly.
Instead of trying to judge intent, go by the batter's box. If it's in the box he gets first base. If not it's a normal ball/strike.

If it’s a ball and would be called a ball, because it’s in the batters box, then the worst that should happen is it’s called a dead ball and the batter is made to come back into the box for another pitch, not a strike.

Needs to be changed. If it’s not in strike zone, shouldn’t matter

Exactly. Nobody needs to hurt themselves getting out of the way of a ball heading right at them.
