I don't get how this turns into WW3
Russia is clearly weak and that is a primary reason Israel felt bold enough to attack and drag us in
China may have some issues with Petro but will they threaten war over it? For Iran? Instead of buying more from Russia? Hell, SA wants war with Iran and I'm sure they could make up some of it.

WW3 isn’t breaking out over this. No one has an incentive to get that involved outside of Israel. Even Russia has backed off of Iranian support.

I asked ChatGPT and they told me Russia and China are both kind of quietly sick of Iran and their bullshite. They’ll have statements of rebuke but secretly they’re glad to not have an erratic, nuclear armed Iran in the Middle East. And the internet is never wrong.

Except I would say the key is that the Arab nations are not flaming anti-Israel sentiment which could easily flare up into a wider conflict.
That still could happen - but it does seem remote at this point.

That is sort of what I mean. I feel as if just a short time ago such a claim could not be reasonably said. The Arab world would have erupted in rabid anti-Israeli frenzy.
Not sure what has changed, I guess a combination of things. Maybe a benefit of removing Saddam is that support for Iran among Gulf states disappeared? But what about the anti-Israel sentiment you would expect. I haven't heard any real condemnation from anyone in the Arab world, much less something above that.
If you start seeing that then that would give me some concern - it would allow Russia, China, or even lesser powers to try and take advantage.
