What stocks should one invest in based the chart below? Would the recommendations be different if your investing horizon is different (short term vs. long term)?

So basically, bonds, healthcare and defense contractors if you're looking to profit off the government.

According to AI the Fed isn’t funding the full $900M of Medicaid.
