We just had a walk where the ball was damn near at our batters shins and he called it a strike instead of ball 4.

I think he was calling low balls, strikes all game. Both ways for the most part tho.

A 3-2 pitch right down the middle you can't blame that on the ump.
He just didn't swing.
Ump miss calls or don't make calls as a batter you have to adjust.
