Shoot me an email, I don't do demo but we can talk and I can give you some recommendations bud. I got one extremely professional crew that show up- put up the fencing, dumpsters are all beautiful and machines are gorgeous and all insurance is up to date with all the bells and whistles- I use them in Old Metairie quite a bit. They'll put up signage with license and insurance info- top of the line shite.

Then I got a dude who worked for GIBBS for 10 years and he and his brother are a 1/3 of the price and will get the same job done but equipment ain't pretty and dumpsters look like shite. Still have insurance certs but they're who I use on Northshore and in River parishes when I just want the job done quickly and for a good price and don't have to deal with a-hole neighbors.
