My bro is coming to visit, what course do we hit?
Not Webb, lol. Tho I kinda want him to see where I play all the time.
Thinking Beaver and Santa. Really don’t want his visit to be stuck behind 5 some though.
Should we head out to Denham?

The Island in Plaquemine is in good shape. Not sure what time of day you’re planning to play. Just have to be mindful of traffic heading back north around 3 PM on for the rest of the day.

My opinions below. Haven't played Island, Copper Mill or Pelican recently.
Carter - Bit of a drive & costs more but in best shape.
Beaver - Bit of a drive. Greens in meh shape, fairways are great.
Santa - Gotta book 2 weeks in advance to get a tee time. In meh shape.
Played all 3 of them in past month & pace of play was ~4h for a foursome.

Island in Plaquemine is a great place to play. it's fun and in good shape. a small drive but rounds well under 5 hours easily. cheaper than beaver and santa maria and coppermill also

Just played Beaver Creek this past weekend for the first time. It's in pretty nice shape and is pretty wide open minus about 2 holes.
