US interest payments have exceeded the military budget

The horribly worded “big beautiful bill” does not change that. Other than hero worship, why support a bill that bankrupts us?

Name 1 time in the history of legislation that a bill that was celebrated as “big” was anything other than the long term fricking of the American taxpayer?

Did you all forget Pelosi passing Obamas 10,000 page bill after 3 days of unveiling it? Remember her famous quote “we have to pass it to find out what’s in it”? Remember how terrible of a statement that was? And here we are again, but a sect of posters absolutely love exactly what Pelosi did.
