I love Journalism, but Sovereignty just toyed with him today. Hell of a racehorse. Got to think that extra rest really helped him, but he was much the best today.

My understanding is they are aiming for bigger races in the future. The Travers Cup, the Breeders Cup this fall and then even bigger races overseas.

Huh? You sure about that? Maybe Sovereignty is just a better horse. Anyone recall how good Frosted was , even though American Pharoah was born in the same year? Hard Spun and Street Sense to Curlin? This year's 3 year old crop of colts is pretty freaking good. More to come tomorrow at CD in the Matt Winn.

Possibly. It looked like he finished up good in all three triple crown races. Also, Sovereignty is just that good. He's the best three year old I've seen since Justify.
