Casan Evans please stand up!

This team was on the brink of giving up after jones' mental error on the bunt, dick's actual error, and the Texas leaguer in shallow CF. Then Jay comes out to talk everyone down and it clearly doesnt work because no one even bothers to cover 2nd on the steal. The team was quitting but the crowd didn't give up and tried to will the team to some runs but we left them on. And then Evans took control and lead by example in the postseason as a FRESHMAN. The crowd stayed in it (huge props to everyone there tonight yall were great!) and Evans eventually made everyone else believe we were still in it and the bats eventually came alive. Evans is a legend for that regardless of what happens the rest of his career

This team doesn't have much energy, to be honest. Evans breathes a ton of life with his performance and his energy.

It's just sad that none of the vets really do that (at least position players).

Evans and then Frey carried us when it was looking terrible. Then Hernandez showed up. Then the rest of the team jumped on board.

You are absolutely right. We needed guys to step up and they answered the bell.

If we have to go to a game 3 this weekend, I would start him.

it was first and third with two outs and two strikes on the batter. We were not going to throw to second base. Why would you break your infielders to cover a base you won’t be throwing to and let a ground ball through the infield?

GTFOH

This team just overcame adversity to host Supers and you are dumb enough to post this shite?

I'm not sure why you're so mad. It's pretty clear that this team doesn't have a ton of leadership and that's why they have been inconsistent. I believe coming out of this weekend and facing an elimination game will change them.

This is just entirely wrong. There was never going to be a throw. The runner paused when Hernandez pump faked the throw. If he would’ve thrown it, runner from 3rd was going to try and score.

You need to learn the game before you talk out of your arse.

Frey hasn’t been a leader? Did you see Braswell encouraging our baby pitchers in the mound last night? Evans has stepped it up all season. Hernandez stepped in when Bear hit is slump.

This team is full of leaders.
