Combing the two lists only, what would be your preferred Top 10 out of the 20?

I think list #2... but it's not obvious either way.

My quick and probably incorrect top 10 (out of 17 because of 3 duplicates..)

1. Jaws
2. Saving Private Ryan
3. Star Wars
4. Return Of The King
5. Schindler's List
6. Godfather
7. Godfather Part 2
8. The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly
9. Raiders Of The Lost Ark
10. Shawshank

With Shawshank at Number 1... neither makes any sense.

Even two LOTR films in the Top 10 is a bit of a stretch.

IMDB's list is generally terrible.

It sort of ends there. Wizard of Oz, while important, is not THAT good. Pulp Fiction is not a Top 10, Schindler's List is not a Top 10. I would put GF Part 2, but.... eh. No. 12 Angry Men also ehhhh. SHawshank is DEFINITELY not a top 10 film. And TDK isn't even the best Batman.
