Camp fridge not cooling adequately

Have an older Kenmore fridge. Freezer is working fine and fridge is cooling but not enough. Have tried defrosting but that didn’t work. Any thoughts on what could be done besides putting on roadside?

Did you try cleaning the cooling coils that are probably under the fridge?
You'd be surprised how much dust, dirt, hair, etc. gets accumulated on those coils.
The wife and I have an inside cat and I remove the plastic cover off the bottom front of the fridge and pull it away from the wall and remove the panel off the back to access the coils with my shop vac at least twice a year.

I had a similar problem with a kenmore.
I changed the defrost timer, relay, and freezer fan. Cost me about $40 and half an hour. Idk which part was bad but they were cheap enough to do all the stuff I could on my own at one time to see if it needed to go to the curb.

Second cleaning the coils and looking at the fan between the fridge and freezer. Mine went out a few months and I just cleaned the coils and replaced the fan. No issues since
