I remember a few years ago, someone asked FODB about Yed’s health and he mumbled a similar answer. Then someone else asked Yed, he said he was fine and seemed irritated that he wasn’t playing.

Well, he’s 2nd in OPS to Judge since the time he became a starter, leading your team in most offensive categories during that time, and also happens to be the only regular LHed bat in your lineup, who hits LHed pitching better than your RHed bats.
Let’s take our time when none of these games count as much as the ones later on when we’re fighting to stay 3rd in a weak division of the weaker league.
But this attitude does explain why I won’t walk 10 steps to turn on the TV w Roku to watch them, staying in front of the PGA Championship in my bedroom, and furthermore, not spend money to witness any of it in person

I think that’s catching on. I thought about going to that weekday afternoon game against Detroit a few weeks ago. Yes it was a weekday afternoon and school is still in session, but I’ve gone to a lot of those getaway day games over the years as I work downtown and routinely paid around $60 pp to sit in the 200 level, regardless of opponent. I didn’t end up going but seats in those sections were going for less than that for a pair.
