He said Roberts will cling to relevancy as long as he can and avoid the article 2 issue as long as he can. He said it’s the establishment’s last stand against populism and the mandate the election set. He said it’s a slow judicial coup.

I don't think he will ever allow the root issue to be addressed in his court. Not as long as he is there.

In the mean time Kash needs to look long and hard at Roberts. Then let someone anonymously leak the findings.

Ignore, reissue with slightly different wording, wash, rinse, repeat until SC has to take up the issue.
