I don't think we're allowed to use it for athletics.

Better than FSU. I went to FSU football camp when I was 11, and they made me do up downs for drinking Gatorade in front of Bobby Bowden. I’d rather be getting paid millions by a company, than getting paid up-downs by an 11 year old.

$20M in perpetuity*

Not a bad deal for UF.

Is that a straight 20mill? Or a percentage of sales capped at 20?

I obviously don't see it happening in the near future, but if public tastes change and Gatorade sales cratered to, say, $25mill would UF still get its 20?*

*I realize that would happen exactly once and then the owner would declare bankruptcy. I'm just asking a hypothetical.
