Seems like some ridiculous attacks from Yahoo Finance et al came Reddit's way after it posted solid guidance and optimistic forward-looking numbers. Seems like a dip buying opportunity here in both the S-T and especially L-T.

Thoughts from the TD Money gurus?

*Total Debt $27M.

*Total Float 88M.

*Total Cash $2B.

I think this is a good long term buy as you mentioned. Could see it over 200 in the next year or so.

Reddit is a liberal cesspool. I don’t buy stocks of evil companies because they don’t do well long term. Look at Disney.

Weak apples and oranges comparison.

Thanks for playing.

RDDT makes money, is a popular internet destination for information, and most importantly…nudes on Reddit.

Don't underestimate the fappening 2025

Think about it for a moment in real terms. Reddit is loaded with people who are mostly unemployed or under employed, probably living with parents or riding one of their friend's couches. They constantly complain about everything being somebody else's fault, and literally the hall monitors of the internet.

The ads being sold on reddit are not really going to show any sales growth for the companies advertising there and eventually it's going to become glaringly clear this is the case.

Reddit is still just a new and shiny stock and that is what is driving numbers at this point.

3-5 years from now reddit will be a sub $20 stock.

Yeah they go there to fap, not click on ads and buy products or services from ads that distract from the porn they want to look at lol.

You people are really dumb.

I think their only value is virgin data to train AI, but they’ve already extracted that value. They relied on community crowd sourcing and topic curation. Nobody’s continuing to do that for free now that they’re a public corp. The data moving forward will also be increasingly questionable as it gets more infested with bots. If you want to see what Reddit will look like in a couple years go check out quora.

If you liked it at $110, then here's your chance to buy this falling knife at $104.

Reddit up $18/share from the $110 price. I think $220 is easily attainable in the next 52 weeks. Huge war chest with no debt. Reminds me of the path Square was on back in the day.

Reddit needs to figure out how to monetize with the LLMs. They are an excellent target for acquisition by google, openai, X, MSFT, or META.

The size of the reddit community as an engine to LLMs is a competitive differentiator. But, need to acquire so that they can shut off all the others scraping the publicly available data somehow.

I must admit I had to google this, very interesting indeed. Went down a rabbit hole with Reddit and LLMs and Robotics Foundation Models.
