Notable first round match ups Bracket

Richmond vs UNC
Georgetown vs Duke
Harvard vs Syracuse
Notre Dame vs Ohio State

I feel like each of these games could end up being very close. I've really enjoyed watching Ohio State and Syracuse this year. The preseason talk was this year is as open as its been in a long time, and it's lived up to that. It should be a fun tourney.

Yes sir!

Mayhem is here.

The transfer portal & NIL really opened up the NCAA D1 landscape. This year is really the 1st instance we see much more parody across the bracket. A "blue blood" is still going to win it all but the 1st round is no longer an easy W for the Top Seeds.

Georgetown v Duke & Ohio St vs. ND in the 1st round is a tough draw for each, when you compare to previous years with seeding. Both "underdogs" in those match ups have a more than fair opportunity to upset their opponents. Will be a lot of fun to watch this weekend.

The committee went straight from the numbers, and Harvard was better in RPI and Strength of schedule b/c a few teams on Army's schedule just didn't have the usual years.

While I would have rather had Army in, it makes sense why Harvard jumped them.

So is Denver forever gone from relevance now that Tierney is gone? I always found myself pulling for them every year in the tournament.
