Going for 5 days in mid June. Hard to search online without being bombarded by obvious TikTok tourist traps or places going out of their way to advertise to Americans on Google search. Don’t need links to lists, where have yall been and what do y’all like?

Thanks in advance

What neighborhood do you want to be in?
Paris has hundreds of great restaurants in all price ranges.

Any is fine. But Marais / Latin Quarter / 6th would be great

In or near the Latin Quarter -

Hebe' is my favorite gourmet bistro in the LQ.
Allard is a classic old time bistro.
Boutary on rue Mazarine. Caviar specialist. Exotic seafood.
Le Christine is another good bistro.

Very good but a little more casual in the 6th near the LQ-

La Jacobin
Fish La Boissonnerie
Freddy's Wine Bar

In the Marais -

Le Temps des Carises - If you are looking for a small, neighborhood, back street bistro off the beaten path, this is the place. Near the Bastille. We discovered it when we were staying in an apartment around the corner. Delicious food.

In the Jewish Quarter in the Marais -
Get a fallafel from the take out window at L'as du Fallafel and eat it while sitting on a park bench in nearby Place Vosges.

Verjus was recommended above. That is an excellent one, but not quite in your neighborhood.
Juvenile's, right around the corner from there is very good and more casual.

Going in 3 weeks have so many restaurants on the list. What do you like to eat? What do you like to spend? Wine? Any hates?

I can't recommend the seafood bar at the back of the Le Enfants Du Marche enough. It was my favorite meal of the trip. Not cheap, but I'd go eat mussels and drink white wine there everyday of the week if I could.

We also did a private macaroon cooking class. The host was an old restaurant check near the Eiffel Tower. He recommended this place to us.

L'Abreuvoir

Le train bleu was one of my favorite restaurants ever and didn’t break the bank.

Le Train Bleu

It is worth going there just to experience the surroundings.
It is a gorgeous restaurant in a nondescript train station. We didn’t eat dinner there but we were in the train station in the afternoon after a visit to Fontainbleau and had drinks in there just to experience the ambience.
