Weapon dealer for a coke snorting women's basketball player. A smuggler/money launderer for a ballerina that donated 50 USD to charity.
In the Cold War, we always used to win at these deals. Now we just give up spies and other high value assets for regular Joes and Janes!!

The weapons dealer was a very bad deal.
This one seems to be a good deal. The guy stole a microchip and was caught. He won’t be allowed back in the US ever again. She was sentenced to 12 years in a penal colony for treason cause she donated to a charity that sent money to Ukraine….
Also, Marx Fogel came on a trade for “not much” and the reason we know it wasn’t for something big, is cause the MSM would be all over to shite on Trump

Not to mention that it perpetuates their behavior. They'll always have a bullpen of idiot American tourists in custody that they can swap for their own intelligence agents that we capture.

Sad but definitely true. Every country has some of our idiots. Mexicans just either hold them for ransom or put then in Mexican jail for ransom.
A lesson for everyone else:
If you can't behave yourself in another country, do not go.
