Tonight Show videos have been popping up on me, and I don't mind one bit.
Good stuff. I was born in 72. Figured some of you guys might enjoy this too.

Conway is easily one of the funniest ever. No debating that.

I begged for Dorf on Golf VHS as a kid… and it was worth every penny of that low shipping and handling fee.

I'm sorry, but his comedy was so irritating and dumb.

Conway and Corman were 2 of the funniest people, but putting them together just elevated them both

Two takeaways from that Carson video:
I miss those lobster bib ties that we wore in the 70's (see: Barney Miller)
There was a time when hosts weren't shy about their wealth and lifestyle. I think Letterman was the first to try to be the self-deprecating everyman who just happens to have a talk show. I guess we're getting back to Johnny and Merv, with Fallon bringing up his Hollywood interactions. Conan's starting to loosen up about his hanging out with mega-stars.
