Was over at a friend's house earlier and he had this music app playing on his TV..

It wasn't really videos, just still pictures with a song playing, some of it's really good, some not so much.
Thing was, they don't show credits or even who the band/ singers are.
There was a girl that was amazing and I wish I knew who she is. The photo was just a blue leather chair in front of a wall full of clocks.
It sounded like Martina McBride doing early 70s type soul. It was great and I want more.

He said that he didn't know who it was, that it was a random shuffle.
He told me the name of the app, but I've never heard of it. Groove time or something like that.
I would be pissed if my music was getting used that way without showing credits.

McBride did an album called Everlasting that had covers of R&B and Soul songs. Maybe it was from that?

I hadn't heard about that, maybe so.
Probably worth checking out. Always really liked her voice.
They really should show credits on the screen.
There oughtta be a law or something.
