You might want to look at the number of viewers from LSU's Elite 8 game this year vs UCLA as opposed to the viewing numbers from last year's Elite 8 game vs Caitlyn's Iowa team.

UCLA (& E$PN/NCAA) site is reading those numbers & saying "look at the TV sets on in the big market Los Angeles market!". E$PN/NCAA is saying "the ref's did good...32 vs 12 FT's). Dream game for E$PN: UCLA vs. USCe.

Not true. A friend of mine stated she was only going to watch two teams play in the Elite 8 games and 1 was LSU. She is not an alumnus...just a fan.

Quit making stuff up.

It honestly probably is. Both coasts. UT and UCLA would really only appeal to some hardcore SEC fans and those fans of general WBB. UConn has a following, so they would tune in if UConn is playing, but does UConn appeal to anyone else? I don't know. I think it would be the best match up viewership wise.
