When I was a kid, the plaza in NOLA East had an ice skating rink with a food court by it. There was a corndog stand that would dip and fry corn dogs to order.

shite. I don’t know, maybe they were frozen franks that 5yo me is fondly misremembering, but damn I loved them dogs.
