Guess I am dreaming, but I thought players could only transfer once without having to sit a year. I am seeing players on their 3/4 team without penalty. Is this correct?

Not anymore. Can transfer as many times as they like without sitting out.

Really wish they'd go back to a kid having to sit out a year if he transfers. It wouldn't fix the issue, but it would make it a lot better.

I think we are most likely heading toward player contracts with rev share & schools directly paying players. Hopefully can get rid of unlimited transfers too, but contracts should help
