It’s more telling how we lost and that Jay Johnson has once again put together a team with the same Achilles heel.
2022 season ended with a blown lead in the regional final against southern Miss after having a shaky bullpen all season. 2024 season ended with blown lead in regional final after having a shake bullpen all season.

It’s not about the individual loss. It’s about the fact that this game is reinforcing that the pitching staff is straight bad and the SEC will be a struggle because of it.
