Recap of LOST

Does anyone know where I could find a good recap of LOST seasons 1-4, especially 4. I watched all 4 seasons this summer, but with the premiere of season 5 being tomorrow night, it would be good to refresh the memory/get me caught up so I'm not totally confused during the premiere. I really can't remember specific details of what is going on and LOST is complicated enough as it is.

Guaranteed they don't show the polar bear part, which imho was one of the coolest parts of the show so far

It was a Season 4 DVD special feature that summed up the first 3 seasons in 8 minuts 15 seconds...then read on season 4.
You'd be better off renting the seasons or watching them online and catching up slowly

always remember, about 85% of what they show during the show ends up not meaning anything, so you can cut out a lot of the filler rather quickly. i'd imagine you could summarize all about lost that matters in about a 2-hour special

lol yeah i know i just dont have that kind of time. i watched all 4 seasons on dvd in the summer when i had that kind of time. now my brain is full of stuff from academia and i can't remember half the crap on LOST

You can download the LOST Starter Kit for free on iTunes. Not sure how informative it will be. Just watch the one hour recap tomorrow. I'm sure they will focus on past stuff that is important for this upcoming season.
