The House CR cloture vote ended 62-38. Amendments are being discussed before final vote.l

It’s the House CR since it originated there. Any amendments that are done by the senate will then have to go back to house for approval.

The Democrats did not want to sit around another week for what would eventually be for naught. The Republicans played this pretty well this time.

Will take place after the dog and pony show of proposing amendments. Dems will probably let this roll til 11:50pm tonight, but it will be sometime between now and 11:59pm ET
