Going on a bachelor/golf trip in May.
Give me your best golf course recommendations in the DFW area.

PGA is HQd in Frisco, isn't it? Probably on land owned by Frisco ISD (it's a Frisco/Prosper joke.)
Heading up to a buddy's house in Prosper, I always pass what seems to be a large course in the area. I think it's off of PGA Parkway.

The TPC courses at Las Colinas with the Ritz Hotel would be my choice.

Fields Ranch is good, but it’s hella expensive. Overrated for the price.
There is a ton of inventory, but honestly, the public access courses aren’t that great. The best is Texas Rangers in Arlington. Cowboys in Grapevine is good, but like Fields Ranch, way overpriced. And if you do decide to play those three for example, theyre all like an hour away from each other, a shite ton of driving.
If I had to play 3 rounds, I’d play Rangers twice and maybe Buffalo Creek out in Rockwall. I’ve never played Las Colinas though. Another good course is The Bridges, but it’s about 90 minutes from downtown.

Gotta get a round in under the lights at The Swing (PGA Frisco).
Fun 10 hole, Par 3 course.
ETA: might get better responses on the Golf Board

Steven’s Park in Oak Cliff is public and rolls through Kessler Park: the old money part of that area. Close to downtown Dallas.

PGA Frisco is a beast. I felt fortunate if my second putt was closer to the hole than the first one.

The Tribute is a lot of fun. British Open replica course with many familiar holes. The wind usually blows out there so that makes it more realistic.
