Best time to buy football tickets?

I'm planning a trip the weekend of October 11th (SCAR) from out of town. I've been to quite a few games myself, but hoping to introduce 2 friends to LSU football.
When would y'all think is the best time to buy tickets? We can't really wait 'till last second, as we're flying in.
Looking at the other games that day, there's just the texas and OU game, so I'm pretty sure it'll be a night game.
Thanks for any advice.

This place will tell you to wait and buy after the Clemson game... because people will start selling them if the Tigers drop the opener again.

Im assuming you meant after the Clemson game. He is coming in for the USCe game.

It’s pretty far out to predict what the good teams are week 7… I agree that it should be a night game but plenty of good SEC matchups

With all the apps now, you can fly in and on Saturday pick up tickets. How many do you need 3?

The drop linebacker was Lou Tepper's genius. Lou Tepper was hired as DC in 1998 by Gerry Dinardo after Carl Reese left for Texas.

Anytime you want. I do not understand the obsession for buying LSU sports tickets on the cheap. If you love the Tigers, you should support the Tigers.

We have to fly in for games too and once you factor all of the other costs (travel, lodging, meals, drinks) the tickets are the cheapest piece of the trip. Just get them and be done with it.
