Why does Houston customs suck ?

Go to the MPC line, there are only crew and wheelchair bound people in it. But if you flew internationally more than once a year, you’d know that.

Actually, don’t download the app, stay out of the line with smart people in it.

we probably fly internationally 1-2 times a year so don’t have global entry. but every time we arrive in IAH there is a long line of people and maybe 4-6 of the 75 lanes are open. a lot like wal mart except that they don’t offer self checkout.

when we arrive in Mexico, Costa Rica, etc us seems like they will almost always add more employees to speed things along. I guess that’s just the way it is l
