It happened again: 1 dead and several injured after driver rams car into crowd in Germany

No, it's NOT an old story, just an old story repeating itself over, and over, and over again. Germans are literally allowing themselves to be killed in the streets. This time in Mannheim.

At least one person was killed and several others injured after the driver of a black SUV rammed into a crowd of people in the western German city of Mannheim, police said Monday.
The driver has been detained, but it is unclear whether there are other suspects.
The incident took place in Paradeplatz, a major square in the downtown area of Mannheim, which is about 52 miles south of Frankfurt.

I read an earlier article about this and they don't give the name, but made certain to say the perp was "born" in Germany.
