I’m searching for a gator farm in Texas or Louisiana that I can set up an account with and buy 15-35 pound whole gators (processed) in bulk. Our firm hosts many events throughout the year and need to buy 10-20 or more at a time. Recommendations are appreciated and if any of you are in the Dallas, Tyler, or Austin area, we would love to have you join us when we cook as a thank you.

I’ve bought alligator jowl meat from Donald Farms in West Monroe. Here's a list of Alligator farming contacts

I used the meat for Turtle soup (mock) and mango habanero shish kabobs

You might want to let a middleman handle your needs. Tony's in BTR sources and sells alligator cut and carcass. They also have an efficient pack & ship operation. LINK

You can check with seafood distributors in your area. It would be a middleman. Also, check with meat distributors as some of them source seafood too.
