Have been to Sedona, planning to go back near thanksgiving,,,,,,planning to stay near Flagstaff to hit Sedona again, however we want to do Bryce, Zion, Monument Valley, Grand Canyon,,,,,,knowing that, what are the do not misses in this type of itinerary that you have done

Angels Landing at Zion now requires back country permit from what I understand so I'd plan to do that for sure if you're adventure seeking type. Top Down narrows is another one, it's a very full day however and not easy.
I'd suggest 2 days at Zion, 1 at Bryce, and 1 at the North rim GC. I've never been to monument valley but does look pretty damn cool.

If going to Monument Valley throw in Page, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend. We really enjoyed the drive across Navajo Bridge then cutting over to Lee's Ferry. It was July and the water was frigid bc it is from beneath the dam upstream. Near Thanksgiving probably not looking to swim though. Antelope Canyon is a ripoff, there other slot canyons in the area

All of those...but know that by Thanksgiving the higher elevations of Utah will probably have snow. We were in Zion, Bryce & Cedar Breaks two years ago and in late Oct/early Nov and we had 4-6 inches in Bryce, 20" in Cedar Breaks and a dusting of the highest elevations of Zion. Previously, we drove from Las Vegas to Zion in early Nov. through the snow.

Double check North Rim GC to make sure it doesn’t close earlier than 12/1.
