Pass Thru LLC Operating Agreement

I created LLC for 1099 income. Goal to have solo 401k. Have articles of organization from State of LA, have EIN. Now (I'm pretty sure), I need an operating agreement. Basically need this for bank to allow me to open an account.

Any advice on doing this. Google one online? Trying to do this as cheap as possible.
Expect to bump this Monday
ETA - corrected to article of organization, not incorporation

articles of incorporation from State of LA, have EIN.
Charter, including articles, and TIN all you need at Chase.

I created LLC. … Have articles of incorporation
I hope it’s article of organization rather than incorporation.

Shoot me an email and I can send you a blank one. I have plenty for single member LLC’s. Lnobles@redstickag.com
I am not an attorney. Just a long time lender.
And as some mentioned - some banks will open the account without one but it’s a PITA going around trying to find one. Just take 5 mins and to the op agreement.

You don’t need an LLC…
(There may be other reasons to have an LLC)

Thought I needed a business entity to get the EIN needed to establish solo 401?
Trying to learn as much as possible online
Hell - I called it articles of incorporation in my initial post

Hey man no shame in learning and trying to do things more efficiently!
I just stood one up recently and I believe the Sec of State has all the docs you need just a few clicks and that way every thing is in one place.
Not a bad idea at all for separate TIN for a solo 401. Easier for your records and easier to put together/understand your return.
Keep plugging away. The format you are setting up is the future for your income(s) (and more importantly expenses).
