I used these in the gif thread
Docking scene in Interstellar - music is incredibly matched
Also Interstellar - Cooper realizes in the tesseract that it's about Murph
Gandalf arrives at Helm's Deep - music and symbolism of light meeting darkness
Maximus kills Commodus - the weight of the complete silence when Commodus hits the ground
Saving Private Ryan D-Day scene - most visceral thing I've seen in a movie

Bullitt car chase.
Despite CGI, whatever today, it's never been topped for action and drama and tension. The film crew put in the work back when movies were hard to make unlike today. They weren't sitting behind a computer, they were on the Streets of San Francisco.

I like the opening scene of Apocalypse Now with the helicopters and the Doors song The End playing. That was pretty cool

That sledgehammer scene with Kathy Bates is indelibly seared into my memory.

Not the “best” scene in movie history but there are few scenes I love more than entering Juarez in Sicario. Starting with the helicopters and the music. So perfectly shot
